Where is it cheaper to register the .net zone, and where is it .ru? Is there a .ov zone?

I'm going to register a domain in the .net zone, and I want to know where it is better to register it. All registrars have different price tags, I don’t know which one to contact. Advise on March 20, 2014, where and how is the cheapest way to register certain zones?
I know that you can register a domain for 99 rubles in the .ru zone on 2domain.ru. But here they have .net in the same way and everywhere. Where to register .net?
Is there a .ov zone?

1. Choose a good registrar, not the cheaper one. The average difference is $1.
2. www.iana.org/domains/root/db

2domains recently raised the price of renewal, but they hid the prices on the website. To view the cost, you need to click on the link Show renewal cost below the prices. For ru/rf, if there are less than 10 domains, the renewal price is 299 rubles. I regret that I got carried away.

gTLD domains are very profitable to register on UANIC , since their prices are very low and, moreover, they constantly hold promotions. He himself registered 3 domains with them in the .Com and .Net zones.
