How to delete on Zimbra all letters in all mailboxes older than January 1, 2016?

Actually a subject.
I thought several options
1) find in the zimbra store, with deleting files, but I'm afraid to delete something superfluous.
2) set the lifetime of the message, but then you have to count the days until the beginning of the last year and set it as a parameter.
and here I worry that the cleaning will last more than one day, and I will have to stop and change the parameters every morning.
What do you advise? is there an option to just specify the end date when deleting?
