Where is information sent from telegram bots?

There is a food delivery bot that can take orders from users. In it, you select goods, enter the phone number, address, time by which to bring the order. Question: where can I send this data so that it would be easy for the restaurant to see and record them? The restaurant does not have a website. Thanks in advance.

Start a private telegram channel, where only managers have access, let the bot post there.
Or you can make a simple site for internal use only, on the same Flask or DJango, and connect it to the bot through a common database.
