Where is (and is there) an Address Lists update timeout setting?

In IP->Firewall->Address Lists I have about 200 addresses that Mikrotik should let through VPN. I noticed that the interval for updating IP addresses by Mikrotik through the DNS server is from 1 minute to 5 minutes.
Question - is there somewhere setting the interval for this update? Let's say I want to set 30 minutes for everyone.
This is real? And How?

Try playing around with "address-list-timeout":

/ip firewall mangle add address-list-timeout=30m address-list=my-address-list ...

I have not tried it myself, there is no this parameter in the GUI, perhaps (I suppose) it does what you need.
