Where in Windows Style Builder, change the size of fonts inside a Windows window?

I welcome everyone! Tell me pliz, maybe not in the eyes =) I change in "Fonts, Colors & System Metrics" - but the font size INSIDE WINDOWS does not change. Please tell me where to change, the size of those fonts that are on the screen, i.e. those texts that are INSIDE WINDOWS (it’s small for me, but zooming is not suitable, because it changes EVERYTHING that is needed and NOT needed)
Version - Windows Style Builder 1.5.0.0
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I can’t say for sure, I don’t remember anymore, but I’m too lazy to install the program again,
but I remember the path a little different - Explorer & Shell > Explorer > ...
And the standard Windows styles "for people with disabilities" normally increase the text?
