Where in the Windows 10 event log is information about installing and removing a flash drive?

Good day to all!
There is a computer with windows 10 1709. There was a need to find out when the flash drive was inserted and removed.
I read here that on Windows 7 this is done simply through the Event Log.
It was useful to search, in Windows 10 there is such a log, but when installing and removing the flash drive, it is empty.
I would very much like to know where the log with information about connecting and disconnecting drives is located.
And it is especially important, before pulling it out, whether they did a safe extraction.
