Program for backup / synchronization of USB flash drives

Tell me a program for backup or synchronization of a USB flash drive under Windows. It is necessary that she copy the data from the flash drive to a local directory.
Primary requirements:

  1. Should be able to make a backup or synchronization after connecting a USB flash drive.
  2. Should distinguish between flash drives, even if they are assigned the same drive letter.
  3. Should be able to pause copying/monitoring of files after I've done a safe checkout. (This is done elementarily, since Windows has a corresponding message that you can subscribe to and process.)

It will be very good if the program will be able to make not only a backup of a flash drive, but also any other data.

I tried the following programs:
Acronis True Image Home 2012. I set up directory synchronization on a computer with a flash drive and could not remove the flash drive either during the synchronization process or after, since the program kept the directory on the flash drive open, i.e. The option has disappeared because it does not satisfy at least the 3rd paragraph.
Genie Timeline . It also does not close files when removing a flash drive, inserted another flash drive, started scanning it (see point 2). I had to remove.
Handy Backup. Couldn't eject flash drive during sync.
Norton Ghost. In general, it prohibits making a backup of data from removable media.
Paragon Backup & Recovery. Does not allow you to remove the flash drive during the copying process.
Allway Sync . Able to start synchronization when a USB flash drive is connected. Does not allow you to remove the flash drive during synchronization.
USB Flash Drive Backup . Able to start synchronization when a USB flash drive is connected. Does not allow you to remove the flash drive during synchronization.

Sorry, but it looks like the program I need does not exist.
Then, here is a workaround that you can try to use (I haven’t set everything up yet, but I checked it, it seems to work):

  1. We put some application that can start backup / synchronization when a USB flash drive is connected and implemented as a Windows service, for example, Allway Sync.
  2. Install USB Safely Remove .
  3. We connect the USB flash drive, configure the backup.
  4. USB Safely Remove can execute commands after the flash drive is connected, before and after disconnection. We write the command before shutting down "net stop [sync service name]" and the command "net start [sync service name]" after turning off the flash drive.

That's it, now if you make a safe extraction via USB Safely Remove, the service will be stopped, and if it was copying, copying will be interrupted. Thus, my 3rd requirement will be satisfied. If the synchronization program cannot distinguish between flash drives (see requirement 2), then USB Safely Remove can do it, you can configure the service to start after connecting the required flash drive.

Even if you write your own program, it will not let you remove the USB flash drive during backup, this is not logical. In any case, you need to consider that the system blocks software shutdown while using a flash drive for its own safety.

USB Flash Copy - seems to do everything you need and for free. You can set up different profiles for different flash drives, for money it can backup without showing the program window.
