To change the password you need to go to the database. If there is phpmyadmin, then use it. If not, then upload it through the phpminiadmin or sqlbuddy file manager.
Then find the wp_users table and the admin login. In the password field, generate md5 hash on the site - www.miraclesalad.com/webtools/md5.php
