Where in St. Petersburg to dispose of a CRT monitor?

There is an old CRT monitor, I just don’t want to throw it away, but hardly anyone will buy it. Is it possible to hand it over somewhere in St. Petersburg for proper disposal for free?

There are “I’ll give away for free” communities on social networks, if the device shows signs of life, try offering those who wish to pick it up at their own expense. I gave away a 17" CRT just a month ago, the new owner was pleased.
