Where in one place can I get the minimum baggage of necessary knowledge for an IT specialist?
Asked the question "What should any IT specialist know and where to find it?"
I mean not just what is necessary for employment or something else, but exactly the minimum without which "you cannot read Habr" :) Perhaps there is some kind of educational resource on a similar topic that could describe in general terms everything a beginner needs from the differences between HTML and OOP, the basics of a DBMS, reinstalling the OS to working with a web server, etc. It's not tutorials "how to install Apache", but a theoretical basis, without going too deep, but giving an understanding of the basics? In short, something like a computer science course, but modern and more advanced, not designed for "accountants" :)

Habr can and should be read, even if a minimum of knowledge is not enough.
Habr and Toaster, etc. read in order to gain this baggage of knowledge.
no matter how stupid it sounds, but for me, such knowledge will apply itself, it will help to speed up the process - employment, for example, there is nowhere easier to go to work in a helpdesk or as a tester in an outsource - as a start, a great option, since the threshold is quite low. Read habr or other IT resources - a priori. Literature - be sure to read books related to your choice of profession, be it a programmer, qa or some kind of enikey worker. The main thing is not to give up and not to think that you are a useless idiot!
I can recommend the first section of the course "Fundamentals of Web Development" , perhaps the other sections of this course will also be useful.
