Where in dhcp request with option 82 vlan-id?

According to rfc 3046, vlan is stored in Agent Circuit ID Sub-option This is the first option sub{1}={0006021C01000010} Practically, I found out that vlan is in 3 and 4 bytes, that is, 21C = 540 vlan. I think my reasoning is correct
