Where else are vlans configured in Vsphere?

there are two vsphere servers and a bunch of vlans
in one server, I go into the network settings and see a bunch of Networks (60,55,10,61,100,104,250) everything is as it should be 5f088c28464ef806652958.png

, and in the second one with exactly the same network settings, three times less (10,100,104)
although on each esxi identical virtual networks are created but I can't understand why there are differences... what else is configured where? I can't find it in the manual..

what am I doing wrong?
on the cisco all the vlans that are needed are registered

switchport trunk native vlan 250
switchport trunk allowed vlan 10,20,30,50-55,57,60,61,100,104,110,200,250
switchport mode trunk
spanning-tree bpduguard disable

ps vsphere 5.5
pps trying to figure it out because I migrated the machine to another server and there was no necessary vlan 54. I registered it everywhere, added it. but ping does not go
1. registered on the cisco (listeg above)
2. registered on the iron switch in front of vsphere
3. added vlan to the networks of each esxi
4. created a network card for the VM and added the mesh that you need
