Where does the power come from for the USB ports of a Xiaomi laptop connected to the network?

There is Xiaomi mi notebook air connected to the power supply.
At night I connect to the laptop in the usb port of the powerbank at 10000mah and the iPhone to charge them.
Will this affect the durability of the laptop battery or does the power go directly to the ports?

The power controller on the motherboard is responsible for distributing energy, as it decides, so be it. With today's laptops, there's no need for exotic battery conservation measures.
