Where does the new opera (25) store cookies?

Actually, I wanted to drag all the settings and everything-everything-all operas from one computer to another, and everything was dragged by simply copying, in general, all files from AppData / Roaming / Opera Software / Opera Stable /
Everything was dragged except cookies, files with the names Cookies and Cookies-journal were there, but when opening a new opera, cookies did not work with the old one. Tell me who knows where else you can take them and whether it is possible to drag them in principle.
