Where does the Chrome browser store DevTools Snippets?

I want to save all my spinets in the cloud and then use hard links to link directories!
Only where are they stored or to which file?
so far I've only found this "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome SxS\User Data\Default\Preferences"
