Where does Dropbox store authorization data?

Previously, when Dropbox did not have a limit on the number of simultaneous connections, an account was created that is used as a file sharing service.
Now the OS has crashed on one of the machines, and if you reinstall it, then you won’t be able to enter Dropbox anymore, because. since spring 2019, a limit of 3 devices on a free account has been introduced.
There is access to the machine's files.
I would like to know where Dropbox stores authorization data so that after reinstalling the OS, I can throw these files back.

In my opinion, you just need to disconnect an unnecessary device (a computer with a dropped OS) in the account security settings (on the dropbox website). After reinstalling the OS, it will connect as a new device.
