Where do these files come from in a git repository?

I am using Laravel for my project.
I use the IDE - PhpStorm 2018.2.5
I deployed the project on a stationary computer and everything works fine and great, no complaints.
Allocated a working laptop for this case. I deploy a project on it, everything is fine. But going to gitlab and looking at the branch, the master saw that it turned out that he had already made 3 commits of the following content from the laptop.

Well, I made a commit again to delete these files, but by running PhpStorm again, these commits again.
Are there any guesses?
