Does the site administrator of each cinema manually fill in the data about the film (poster, title, year, duration, actors, etc.), or maybe there are paid or free repositories of this information, from where it is obtained automatically?

I suspect the presence of copywriters, any cinema can afford them, and the actors / genres are already in the database on their website, it remains only to choose (add the missing ones).
You can parse Wikipedia, at one time it took me half a day, the information is well structured there =) And new films appear regularly.
