Where did Yandex widgets come from in Chrome?

Recently, on the Chrome start page (which is about: tabs in the settings), the "weather" and "traffic" widgets appeared, and if you go to the Yandex start page, then the passport, news and traffic widgets that were absent before appeared on the right. Where is it configured?

UPD: it looks like it was installed through something like this:

there are several options here
1. you have an extension from Yandex
2. you have the Yandex search engine installed by default
3. you have a modified launch shortcut that immediately opens the start page
