Is there a Chrome extension that replaces the add bookmarks menu and makes it more functional?

I use Vivaldi and after PaleMoon it just freezes from the add bookmark menu - there are no last 5 directories to save, there is no collapsible tree structure of directories - all directories are displayed tree-like but in a crowd, not collapsible. There is no way to add a bookmark to the beginning and not to the end of the directory, there is a narrow description field, etc. In general, PAleMoon also had a not very good menu, but it was treated with an addon. Maybe for Chrome there is also such an addon that replaces the add bookmark menu with a more functional one, with a normal directory structure at least?
