Where did the views of the draft article on Habré come from?
I wrote an article, saved it as drafts. A few days later I went in and saw that the article already had a dozen views. This is not the first time I notice this, while the number of views does not depend on how many times I viewed the draft.

The counter counts the author's own views. If a corporate blog is specified as one of the draft hubs, the draft can be viewed by administrators and editors of that blog. Accordingly, their views will also be taken into account. Moderators and administrators of Habr can also view drafts, but they, as a rule, have enough things to do, so they do not do preventive checks, but only check published materials.
I've noticed this in my drafts too. Moreover, a google search gave me someone's drafts a couple of times. Why not. A draft is a document that has a static URL, I don’t think they are hidden, they just don’t advertise. And it looks like search robots can even get to them.
