I just registered on habrahabr. I started filling out the questionnaire and there is no way to fill in the "Tell me about yourself" field. It's just not active. Before this window here is the following text:

In the articles, I also do not see the fields for adding comments. I'm thinking: either something else needs to be done on the site so that all this becomes active. Or am I a fool?

You need to get an invite and make your account full-fledged by removing it from ReadOnly (for RO, these fields of the questionnaire cannot be filled in).
