Why doesn't Opera on Android open Habrahabr/Geektimes?

Android 6.0.1. Opera version 43. Mobile network or Wi-Fi. Website: geektimes.ru or habrahabr.ru.
From time to time I encounter the problem of security of certificates. When opening the site, it says: "The server provided a certificate that does not meet the requirements of the browser. These requirements are put forward in order to protect you from using untrusted sites. More... You cannot continue because the site operator has requested an increased level of security for this domain". Next - the buttons "Do not continue" and "Restart".
You click on the link "More ..." - nothing happens. You click the "Reload" button - this alert appears again. The "Don't continue" button just shows a white page.
Can something be done about this? Mozilla also warns, it gives the site to open at your own peril and risk. And here - in general shish. Chrome, by the way, opens everything perfectly. Is it somehow possible to get around this at all or make the site an exception or something else? In the settings of the opera, I did not find anything useful. This year it has already happened three times - it starts to get annoying, I'm thinking about migrating from this browser.

@AlexanderS

This is due to the fact that my Opera does not close in fact for weeks / months. The problem is solved by throwing the browser out of memory and then opening the application, it restores the open pages itself, so such a reboot does not interfere with the work.
