Where did the home network go in Windows 10?

It was not possible to connect to the home network using the usual methods, as in 7k through the home network. Found out that Microsoft forcibly removed this option. As far as I understand, they want to plant their own cloud service. Terribly uncomfortable. I can’t dance with a tambourine through an IP address. Who is in the know? Will the option return?

Do I need to go to the folders of the computer through the lan?
A computer in the browser does not see?
Computers sees, does not give access to folders?
Gives access, then what's the problem?
