USB flash is recognized not as a removable device, but as a local disk, how to fix it?

I bought a pack of Sandisk Cruzer Fit 8GB flash drives for boot disks. (18 pcs.)
I launched a print run from the *.iso image through UltraISO and discovered a funny fact - part of the batch is not seen in UltraISO. (6 pcs.)
With a little study of the situation, flash drives were recognized as a local disk, and not as a removable device, and accordingly UltraISO simply ignores them.
Upon further investigation, I noticed that this may depend on the removable media bit.
Question: how to change this same RMB device? And am I moving in the right direction?
Windows 7 (x64), Windows 8.1 (x64) - the result is stable.
The decision will be made for any axis, if in the end the flash drive in Windows is correctly recognized.
