Where did the google drive files go?

Google Drive

synchronized files between two computers, the disk space was initially 7/15 GB occupied
filled in more than 10 gig additionally
emptied the recycle bin freeing up some space,
on the computer where there were no files, cut out some of the files to another folder, and on the one where the files "did not fit" switched sending files so that the rest go, I go through the synchronization time, there are no files either there or there o_O
what happened? The cart is empty as well as BEFORE synchronization, what was it and how can I not repeat this again? I cleaned the basket before synchronization, the files must be somewhere the same ...
the baskets on the PC are also both empty, some kind of nonsense!
