I am looking for a Google Drive client that can work as a service (without user login) under Windows Server 2003 (2008)
or
a client that can synchronize network drives / folders
and which sees shared folders "accessible to me" on google drive

PS tried with a standard (personal account) via " hard links" - does not exit

I'm not sure what will help - but you can wrap the application in a windows service, for example, using Firedaemon Pro
