Where does the gorko.ru site store pictures?

The site gorko.ru has a huge amount of photo storage, and it's very interesting to find out what they use to use in their project, where there are also hundreds of gigabytes of user photos.

If you look at the link of any photo from this site (it's like this - https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/dqIDNUiTx6HnyniX... it becomes clear that Google's storage is used. But what is it? Google Photo? Google Drive? Or some then paid services from Google?
