Where did the battery indicator on a laptop go?

The battery icon is gone. Everything is included in the parameters, nothing prevents him from appearing. I restart the explorer through the task manager - it appears for half a second and disappears again.
At the same time, it is on the lock screen (Win + L). But the fact is that you can’t click on it, and indeed it’s not convenient, so I would like to return it to its usual place. Tell me please, what could be the problem?

1. Go to Start > Settings > Personalization > Taskbar, and then scroll down to the notification area.
2. Go to the section and select the icons displayed in the taskbar and move the Power switch to the "On" position.
3. If the battery icon is still not displayed - check the "Show hidden icons on the taskbar" box, and then select the battery icon.
4. If on a device running on battery, when you go to Start > Settings > Personalization > Taskbar, the "Power" switch is not available or does not appear - go to Device Manager and in the list of results in the Batteries section, right-click the battery of your device, select Disable and click Yes. Wait a few seconds, right-click the battery and select Enable. Then restart your device.
