Does the laptop initialize/start up once?

Probook 4540s
1 The laptop turns on: the LED is on, it reacts to the caps lock key, the fan spins at max (well, or almost at max), although the percentage is a little warmer than me. Screen is blank (no power)

2 After a few of these starts, a normal start occurs.

But sometimes, yes, and a machine check exception will come out .
Either the laptop will hang when exiting sleep or loading
Disconnecting everything that can be disconnected did not solve the problem. Prots has passed all checks

It turns out the south bridge for replacement?

@Zoominger

It seems to me that the problem may be in the diet.
If not, then check the capacitors, perhaps they start to work correctly only after warming up. It's easy to check - if it's swollen or leaking, it means it's broken.
