Where did some of the RAM go?

The situation is the following.
The laptop has 6 GB of RAM, of which 2.4 GB is used. 31a42afcc67047629008324b8a97088f.png
In the system configuration, if you uncheck and enable the "use maximum memory" checkbox, sometimes the 6GB value slips, then you go in and again the same song. Did a reboot.

In the device manager, the situation is as follows, more than 3GB reserved by the equipment.

1) You have 32 bit Windows, to have more than 4GB you need 64 bit
2) part of the frame goes to the built-in video card, usually the size of this part can be set in the BIOS
PS: why install the left assembly of Windows?

You have a 32-bit OS. To use all 6GB, you will have to install Windows x64
