Where did php-fpm go in Ubuntu LTS 18.04.1?

Can anyone enlighten me why the official packages are not available. Tried to install php-fpm - says there is no such thing. Tried php7.2-fpm - says no installation candidate. In addition, many other extensions are not available, such as zip, xdebug, etc.
Literally six months ago, everything was fine.
