Where did monospaced Cyrillic on MacOS go?

For some reason, I don’t have a standard monospaced Cyrillic alphabet in MacOs Sierra, is this the case for everyone or did I break something?
For example, just when viewing the page code, pay attention to the Cyrillic alphabet.
