How to change file permissions on Mac OS?

Hello, I installed xampp, but for some reason the rights to all files are set to 666, and to folders 777, how to make 777 to files too? I also removed the locks in the properties and applied read and write rights to all nested htdocs objects, and tried to change through the console, nothing works, please help
when changing to rights 333 it changes and to 777 no it sets again 666
