Where did google charting go?

I remembered posts about the new Google service - plotting

was just now needed. Poked around - but it's not built in any way, it displays the usual search answer. Maybe someone knows what's wrong? Built before.

Perhaps they have something broken or they even want to remove it.
When I try to draw with FF 12 nothing happens. Introduced the 2D graph formula in IE9 - nothing, but on the 3D graph, Google wrote: "To view 3D graphs, a web browser and an operating system with WebGL support are required."
