Where did EAP PhpStorm go?
The EAP version of PhpStorm has been removed from the download page . Does anyone know why?

That's it, the 3.0 development cycle is over, the IDE is released, the services of free beta testers are not needed.
Now just buy or wait half a year for the start of EAP 4th version.
