The code contains all the necessary comments. How to make beautiful documentation from PHPStorm 10 now? I found information that you need to install the PHP Documentor plugin, but it will require PHP installed locally and Pear to work. The catch is that you don't want to install PHP locally.

Instead of pear, composer is better..IMHO.
