Where did Cloth go in Unity 5?

Never used before. Now the question arose about creating a mantle for the character. All tutorials talk about some Skinned Cloth/Interective Cloth. I can't find them anywhere. Who knows what has changed in version 5? Tell me.

Instead of two components, there is now one, called Cloth. You can read why they did it here.

It seems to be possible to use APEX clothing.
