Where did Chrome extensions go?

Bought an SSD. I made a CLONE of the disk on the ssd-shnik. Windows is loaded, and absolutely all the programs. One BUT - for some reason Chrome extensions disappeared. + In addition, I have an account, and according to the idea, everything is synchronized, but this time nothing was restored. What could be the reason?

@WildHorn

Are they physically present on the disk? In the Chrome settings, synchronization is enabled and completed, or is it just that you are logged into your account, but synchronization is not enabled or did it fail with an error?
What did the clone do? Just dd or some program like paragon's utilities? All sorts of cunning "cloners" are able to silently demolish any "garbage" for which they consider temporary folders and browser caches when cloning. With the folder organization that is now in Chrome, extensions could get under the distribution.
