Where can you learn web programming?
I recently started learning the web. I already know a little HTML, CSS, PHP, Bootstrap, Less and some JS with jQuery. Already tried to make a website (according to the layout from the Internet), but it turned out badly. I tried to make my own blog , but it did not work out very well. Where can you learn the web? I watched earlier videos on YouTube, but there are not many of them. It's either too easy or too complicated. Prompt some books / courses / channels (preferably something free).

Html & CSS - Download any beautiful html template and see how the layout is arranged in it, how different things are implemented.
JavaScript - learn.javascript.ru and in the same way you take a small library, let's say a slider and try to implement something similar and even better yourself. Immediately, of course, nothing will come of it.
PHP is a lot of practice. Another (or more than one) blog to write or a small shop, forum.
You can try some framework, if you have a desire and enough experience already.
