Hello, there is a situation that a job of an implementation engineer in one large company may turn up, the offer accidentally fell on me. because I recently started learning front end and would like to grow in this direction in the same company. Can anyone tell from their own experience about the advantages of working on the landing of those supports: what options for horizontal and vertical growth are there in the direction and how realistic is it to retrain into a virgin over time?

I did not work in technical support, but I watched these comrades from the side. In my opinion, it's pain, pain and more pain. I even saw nervous breakdowns. What for programmers is a "bug in production", for support - hundreds of calls from angry customers. And all the work is connected with it.
And develop in this direction.
