Perhaps you can recommend some kind of platform where you could find like-minded people, people who want to create something of their own in this digital world?
I ran into a problem in the form of the passivity of all my friends who could help in a difficult creative path, and I am sure that this problem is quite common among many people like me, since there is simply no one to even discuss ideas that come to mind to capture at least small-town Galaxies.
There are many ideas, there is a desire, time and opportunities for implementation, but there is no main thing - a team of like-minded people. Distance, of course, is not a question, but I would like to be closer to my native Odessa.
Posted a similar request for help on the co-founder, so it can no longer be recommended.

Yeah. I still have a more specific situation. Az has already decided that in order to "capture the world" I need my own cms, which is what I'm actually doing now, I would like to find a competent front-end developer, otherwise it's possible to do everything myself, of course, but even so it's hard and tedious and not fast.
Traces of the first attempt to "capture the world" can be seen here faireinfo.ru, cms is quite working (administrative GUI functionality is only not implemented, that is, admin only directly through editing the database) written in php now porting to golang.
nick_oren is probably from Orenburg, although it doesn't really matter.
In general, there will be concrete proposals from your side, I am quite ready to participate.
