Where can I upload a Gif file to?

Animation available in Giv and Mov format. I need to upload it to some storage and get a link, so that later I can upload this link to one resource, and so that it does not show a link, but Gif or Mov animation right away. The brain is boiling today, I hope I described the situation normally :)

You can upload videos on the radical.
But the site decides whether to display a link or show a video, you won’t influence it from the outside.
