Where can I send an r9-280x video card (artifacts) for repair in MSC?

Hello everybody.
There is a Sapphire R9 280X Tri-X video card.
After about an hour of playing doom 2016, artifacts appear and the entire game screen turns into a mess.
Although on alt + tab the desktop, and any other application is shown normally.
Tell me, where in MSC can I repair the video card?
What cooling can be installed on Sapphire R9 280x TRI-X instead of stock?

Have you looked at overheating? Maybe she's just overheating.
