I explain the problem: there is an apartment, it has two sides (dark and sunny). It is necessary to display the temperature outside the window on 1 screen. I want to use the screen from the previous smartphone (samsung infuse, the American analogue of the second galaxy) because of not accuracy, water got on the smartphone and the bottom buttons do not function, the smart itself is in order, so I want to attach the screen from it to the case, if it’s impossible through this screen, so I'll buy whatever fits. Actually, you need to throw the sensors out the window, and hang the screen at home.
What solutions can you offer? it is desirable to indicate the total cost of the solution, I think in the direction of arduino

Buy on eBay. It costs 150 rubles. I myself have such a thing: outside the window there is a sensor, on the window inside the apartment there is a screen that displays the temperature and humidity overboard. Doing it yourself is both more expensive and uglier.
If you need a weather station, then it will be more expensive - 500 rubles.

I recommend the tmp36 analog sensor . I used it in my post , where the creation of a digital thermometer on a microcontroller is considered. For Arduino, there are also many examples of working with it. You can solder a fairly long wire to it and throw it out the window. Using two ADC channels, you can get the temperature on two channels.
For the screen, take a ready-made Chinese shield with a character-synthesizing indicator (HD4478) from eBay.
More than 1000 rubles should not come out.
