Where can I sell a game idea?

Here I have a cool idea. I wrote down 95 levels right in my notebook. Good idea for the game, there is nothing similar on the play store. Where can an idea be sold?
I cannot create it. I'm a total teapot. Well, I can draw a graph with music, but I don’t know how to program. Therefore, having weighed all the pros and cons, I realized that it is better to sell my idea to someone.
