Where can I read cool stories about IT outsourcers?

Are there stories somewhere not of freelancers from Odessa, but of something bigger, better, some desks about how they got up from their knees and achieved success in the Western market? Where it will be written what they started with, how and what they did. I would like to understand what the majority does, common features, you need to compile infographics, to publish on one of your resources. The article is custom-made and paid for, so we want to approach it as efficiently as possible based on real data. I hope for your help. And in general, information may well be useful to many, because everyone has already seen the exchange rates, right? Yes, and I myself went into it outsourcing .

Hmm... I saw a couple of projects outsourced from
Everything through one place - in terms of time, and in the budget, a 3-fold supply was made, and it turned out to be not enough, because with initially poor development of requirements and mushroom management, people did not do what was needed at all. As a result, software was obtained for which they paid about $400-600K, and of which more than half of the greenery flew into the pipe.
The presence of money, and large budgets, does not mean the presence of normal development of requirements, work organization and quality control. History is generally silent about the formation of each specific team, about various cognitive distortions, about psychological compensations and games.
Just working and getting paid is not an achievement, no matter how much money it is...
Therefore, it is difficult to say what a "success story" is - the presence of rich clients does not really guarantee anything, and even more so the absence of a headache due to regular imperfections.
Another thing is that hardly anyone will tell you about all this, simply because of the NDA.
Outsourcing requires a well-formed team, good work organization, quality control, an individual approach, and a good technological base in all existing science-intensive tasks with real examples of implementation.
Solve the problems of the industry - people will reach out to you.
