Where can I pull out a global list of sites by keyword?

Tell me who is in the know, there is a need to pull out a significant part of the world's sites for the keyword (for example, "online casino") from some existing system. Not necessarily all the sites in the world on this topic, but the more the better.
The first ones that come to mind are:
dmoz - the database is not at all relevant
alexa - I didn’t immediately see keywords or deep
google classification - this will not work with search results, I don’t know other tools.
That is, you need a relatively live list of sites for a given keyword.

keywords are different, vague and specific, but "online casino" is a good example
