Where can I post an article about my startup?

To present your product to users in the foreign world, there are a lot of platforms, from the most famous techcrunch, producthunt to small lists of interesting projects. I stumbled upon such a list in the vc article
. But I have a Russian-language startup and the story in English does not fit. The question is - what sites do you know where you can talk about your application, startup.
I found:
Tribune vc
I'm promoting "Habr"
Project list - an analogue of priduct hunt, but either has not yet developed, or is dead
Spark
Peekaboo - a community of businessmen
Cossa

article about your product.

It's all strange! VERY!
It is necessary to be placed where there are your potential clients or investors!
Write about yourself on Habré? So it seems to be more of a resource for technical specialists, where do investors or clients come from?
Probably, I would think in this direction, rather than looking for the resources above.
They killed about Peekaboo - couch analysts are waiting for you with a machine gun loaded with a minuser)

Is Kickstarter out of fashion these days?
Well, or Indiegogo
In general, it googles literally in a minute, but if it’s so difficult for you to write, then keep
Google > fundraising for a
UDP startup: You still haven’t indicated your goal. If you just “look at what I did”, then buy advertising in VK groups in which your target audience lives or from bloggers whose target audience is watching, they will advertise you.

You can get the largest coverage for an article on vc and habr.

I whistle for vc.ru, Zen, spark and "I'm PR on Habré". This is in order of personal preference and maximizing audience reach.

Interest Ask. I don’t know the answer, but, IMHO, it’s worth looking at alternative channels for disseminating information. For example, thematic channels in Telegram.

Write about yourself here in any convenient form, state your thoughts aloud, if the administration closes your opus, then you are not a technical writer. It is possible here in Q&A, in the form of questions for which you have a wagon and a small cart.
Ideally, build a website for your product and provide a link to the site in the communities of your niche audience.
There are many experts here and you can contact them. They will respond, criticize, advise.
