What is the best idea for a skills startup?

Actually, there are several ideas and it is interesting to know the opinion, which variation is better (it is better to arrange in descending order), more in the sense that it will be more in demand: films, lectures)
2. Service for education, emphasis on functionality such as tests, cards, the ability to create an interactive abstract, etc.
3. Analysis of skills and qualities by posts (they write a post about their own or familiar achievements, facts, ideas, creations and evaluate them according to their qualities), i.e. content option
4. Analysis of posts from social networks. networks (but how would Klaut already exist and he is not so hot in demand, is there something else like that? And what is bad / missing there?)

The first and second ones will develop hand in hand, because:
1. The modern consumer does not master the protracted concentration on large articles, and information overload is to blame.
2. Multiple choice tests are already actively promoted in the higher education system. Interactive abstract, I didn’t quite understand what you mean - but online courses / webinars, mind maps, gtd and feedback from students lead to that.
The third idea - again, IMHO, the hr methods are quite effective when recruiting, and one way or another take into account finished projects, achievements. But you can try to make representative samples in a person’s posts of any trends and key technologies, with frequency analysis and graphs (how quickly a person adapts to a new one, etc.)
Klaut is in high demand, in the same pragmatic West it is actively used by employers, bloggers, and everyone who cares about the level of social approval of society. But the idea itself is terrible. Yes, and not objective: "smart" algorithms are needed to distinguish useful network activity from scandals, holivars, etc. Bieber's claut goes off scale.
Take a look at this startup .

In my opinion, the second idea is the most promising if it is developed not only in search engines, but also in various schools, educational portals. With good implementation, of course, and not "as usual in Russia." Now this part of the Russian Internet is very far behind the United States, for example. If you make every effort and do a good job of disseminating among ordinary people: teachers, schoolchildren, people associated with education - you will definitely succeed!
Good luck in development! :)
